Separation material: hemp extract.

Process Description: The operator fills the filter bag with crushed plant material and puts it into the machine. Then, alcohol is added until the plant material is covered with matte film. The program is programmed to rotate in both directions to fully extract the active ingredients in the plant. The bottom valve is opened to release the extract, and the plant material is rotary dried at high speed to remove as much liquid as possible. The alcohol lotion is then treated further.

Technical Features:

1. Low temperature acceptable -50℃ to 50℃.

2. Can be equipped with transparent explosion-proof glass clamshell structure, clearly view the equipment inside the situation.

3. Automatic extraction process, the program can set the rotary drum positive and negative speed, time and cycle times, and can switch manual control.

4. Dehydration speed and time can be set.

5. Temperature display. Vacuum pressure display.

6. The bottom is equipped with leakage indicator port, if there is leakage can be found in time.

7. Zippered filter bag, fast loading and unloading. Designed for single operator.
