Brief description of the process: The mother liquor enters the machine from the feed tube, and then under the action of the centrifugal position, the liquid is separated out through the screen on the rotating wall; the solid phase is trapped in the drum. The solid phase moves from the small end to the large end in the drum, and the centrifugal force increases rapidly due to the increase of the rotary diameter, so that the high moisture content solid phase will finally be discharged from the drum in the state of low moisture content solid phase, thus realizing the automatic and continuous separation of solid and liquid phases.

Technical features:

1. Labyrinth oil seal is adopted to prevent mother liquor from entering the lubrication system.

2. The drum spiral is nitrided and wear-resistant, with longer life.
